These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lunrk AI ("the Bot", "Lunrk"), a Discord bot created by moooseii ("the Owner", "we", "us"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lunrk AI is a Discord bot that provides AI-powered conversation, image generation, vision analysis, and personality-driven interactions. The Bot operates within the Discord platform and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Bot to generate, request, or promote harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the Bot's intended functionality
• Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
• Generate content that violates Discord's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the Bot's underlying systems
• Use the Bot for spam, advertising, or unauthorized commercial purposes

4. AI-Generated Content

Lunrk AI uses large language models and AI image generation to create responses and images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
• Image generation results are based on your prompts — you are responsible for the prompts you submit
• The Owner does not claim ownership over AI-generated outputs produced by your prompts
• You should not rely on AI responses as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Bot's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not use Lunrk AI to generate or promote content that is:

• Sexually explicit or involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Violent, threatening, or inciting harm toward individuals or groups
• Discriminatory based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or other protected characteristics
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive
• In violation of any applicable local, national, or international law

7. Limitation of Liability

The Owner provides the Bot "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot.

8. Termination

The Owner reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
