When you interact with Lunrk AI, the following data may be processed:

• Message Content: Text messages and prompts you send to the Bot are processed to generate responses. These are not permanently stored beyond the session.
• Images: Images you submit for vision analysis are processed temporarily and are not retained after the interaction is complete.
• Discord IDs: User IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs are used to route responses correctly. These are not stored in any external database.
• Short-Term Memory: The Bot maintains a limited conversation context within a session to provide coherent responses. This memory is cleared with /clear or automatically when the session ends.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email, or real-world identity
• We do not build user profiles or behavioral databases
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes
• We do not use your data for advertising or marketing
• We do not retain conversation logs beyond the active session

3. Third-Party Services

Lunrk AI may utilize third-party AI APIs for language processing and image generation. These services have their own privacy policies. Data passed to these services is subject to their respective policies. We only pass the minimum necessary data (your prompt or image) to fulfill your request.

4. Discord's Role

Lunrk AI operates within Discord. Discord itself collects data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We have no control over data collected directly by Discord and encourage you to review their privacy practices.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect data processed by the Bot. However, no internet-based service can guarantee 100% security. By using the Bot, you acknowledge this inherent risk and agree not to submit sensitive personal information (passwords, financial details, etc.) through Bot interactions.

6. Children's Privacy

Lunrk AI is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord). We do not knowingly process data from children. If you believe a child has interacted with the Bot, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

7. Data Retention

The Bot does not maintain a persistent database of user interactions. Message processing is ephemeral — once a response is generated, the input data is no longer held in active memory. Any technical logs (for debugging purposes) are minimal and deleted regularly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request information about what data the Bot processes from your interactions
• Request deletion of any stored data (though we retain very little)
• Opt out of data processing by simply removing the Bot from your server

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Bot after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
